Mommyhood Adventures

Pictures of Landon taken outside our house this morning and at the park with his friends Kyra & Mason. Enjoy!

The Colts vs Eagles game was this past Sunday. Nathan is a Colts fan & I’m an Eagles fan. I asked Landon who was going to win the game the Horses (Colts) or the Birds (Eagles) - this was his response. : )

On a date with my favorite guy (@nathanduvall) at Panera. Love you, babe! : )

My feet were cold this morning, so I walked back to my room to get some “cozy socks.” Landon came along and said “Socks” and stuck his foot out at me. I have two pair of cozy socks -orange and white stripes and black & white stripes. Landon chose the black and white ones. They were so long they looked like leg warmers! He even wore them when he went down for his morning nap! What a fun little boy!

Little Pumpkin’s little Pumpkin. Scraps from a Christmas project I’m doing.

Eating an apple while waiting patiently for Costco to open. Good job Landon! : )

Fun at the pumpkin patch! We enjoyed learning about pumpkins & apples, petting the animals, going through the maze, going on a tractor ride & bringing home some goodies (a small pumpkin & a small bag of apples).

Eating a pretzel! : )

Landon all dressed up like a Colts player as part Nathan’s birthday present this year. My sister in law, Rachel, took these pictures for me!

Photo of the Day October 11, 2010

This picture of Landon makes me so happy for quite a few reasons.

*Landon was content by himself for about 20 minutes! He enjoyed putting the markers into the box and then taking them out. He did this for at least 20 minutes! He hardly colored on the paper behind him, he just wanted to play with the markers!

*He’s learning to ask for help. When he had a hard time getting them out or putting them back in, he looked at me and said, “Help.”

*He was counting his markers. His counting is far from perfect, but for a 20 month old, I think he’s doing extremely well. He counts from “Un, two, fee, fow, fi, ix, mommy, daddy.” How do you think that makes Mommy & Daddy feel? We’re in his top 10! (Cheesy I know, but hey, you take what you can get, right?)

*He has a MAJOR case of Bedhead!
